less and less blogging here, eh? First it was the boyfriend (18 months now - yeah!), then it was this part-time day job, and maybe there's 2 or 3 naughty pics and a few sentences a week lately. I don't know how those other folks do it - I guess they blog from work. Meanwhile, November yielded my highest number of hits - ever! That has more to do with searches for "PORNO" + "anyword" - since the word porno is on every page, and each archived page is a month's worth of blathering (albeit less blathering of late). Won't promise any change soon, as this job is exhausting - but I like it, and the bills gotta get paid somehow. But maybe a few more Xmas-themed pics and such this week.

The Best of Colt Films 08 has a short entitled The Meterman, with sexy Dakota.

Ya gotta admire a man who's balls are big enough to cover his rather large dick. We all love Aiden Shaw, of course, but a lesser known porn star from the early 80's, NEAL SHAW, deserves some admiration, too. His handful of Colt/Buckshot short films were far better than his performances in Chip Off the Old Block (1984) and What The Big Boys Eat (1985). No doubt in large part due to Rip Colt's superior photography/film making - and din't hurt that one of his co-stars was the fantastic Frank Vickers (Magic of Power from the TRIPLE TREAT Buckshot Collection). His best performance was probably a solo, for Buckshot, called His Own Man, which includes some nice work with a cucumber, and the ever popular (but not that easy to do well) cumming in his own face. Bravo, Mr. Shaw!

I bought a couple of TOM OF FINLAND booklets some months back, figuring one day I'd get around to selling them. Now I've finally gotten around to it - finishing up the scans, readying an eBay auction page - so I figured I'd do some googling to see what I could find. Not much, actually; but then I stumbled upon the image on the left - with some green and the TEXT in a slightly different position - not sure if both are "originals" or if mine is some sort of reproduction - mine has absolutely no date or publication info inside. (NOTE: I altered the size of the images to fit the page - my booklet measures 7-3/4 X 5-1/2)

So I finally get permission from the BF to go out and have a beer (or two) with a good friend; but, alas, it wasn't meant to be. I cashed out at work, on the money as usual, park my bike in front of the new BigLugBar, conveniently located two blocks from where I live, and a few steps from where I work, and the doorman/bouncer asks for I.D.

I looked at him perplexed, say I don't have I.D. and am about to challenge his eyesight, when he says - "can't let you in, you don't look a day over 12 to me" - NOT FUNNY. Among the many things men approaching 50 don't like --- dimwits who leave their brains and common sense at home and go to work as bouncers at bars and can't tell the difference between a barely-25-year old and a man approaching 50. So I turned, unlocked the bike, road back to work (the few steps that it was) and called Scott to tell him I won't be coming, they won't let me in. He gets all indignant on the phone, promising to straighten it out. Meanwhile, my coworkers ask why I'm back, I briefly explain that I got carded, and refused admission to this new bar next door, and they all laugh uproariously (all but one is at least a decade younger than me; actually, closer to two decades younger)

I go back, no Scott. A few seconds pass, he walks up the stairs to the street level, and angrily says "let's go." Apparently the manager thought he should rely on the good judgment of his staff, and didn't want to interfere with a doorman who doesn't have a clue. Meanwhile, Scott's mad that they ought to remember I'm someone who supported BigLug from way back, and I just think it's indicative of the stoopid NYC nightlife these days - hire idiot non-thinking bouncers who can't use common sense to figure out if someone is over (way, way over) 21, but may well have temper "issues", or worse.

But, in all seriousness, who needs beer, hairy men, and bad 80's music when you can have this.
