The other night, someone was asking me what music I had listened to that day. One of those generic 'conversation starters' I quickly remembered that I'd been BLASTING these two Sinead O'Connor discs - a 3-song single, This Is A Rebel Song, and the 4-song EP, Fire On Babylon. Funny that the title song of Rebel Song is from another EP (Gospel Oak) and of course, the Rebel single has this fantastic Bob Marley song (see below) and a fuckinfantastic live version of Fire On Babylon - which I can only play before midnight, as I crank the speakers and shake the walls with it - you should, too.
