Reflecting Poole

I thought I'd take this opportunity to see if I could still make a webpage using tables, since I haven't tried in a while. As I mentioned a week or two ago, I am very excited to get the chance to see on the big screen several of WAKEFIELD POOLE's films courtesy of the Anthology Film Archives right here on the Lower East Side. They have the schedule on their page, but I thought I'd make a "POOLE ONLY" schedule so it's easier for myself (I'll be seeing 3 or 4 of the 5 films, I hope) the handful of friends I've mentioned it to who seemed interested, and of course any other locals who want to get the chance to see 70's porn on the big screen. Looks like a guy named Jonathan Lees has put the Poole mini-festival together ( I wonder if he's the cute longish-haired guy who put together last summer's showing of Arch Brown's The Night Before?) ...... but I digress. Moving with Val Martin is only playing once, Saturday night, and I just made plans to see Bijou with Bill Harrison (wait, the film is with Bill Harrison, I'm going to see it with a pal; not that I wouldn't want to do just about ANYTHING with Mr Harrison - yes, he's H-U-G-E, but he's also talented, went on to direct porn films later - ) .... now where was I? Oh yeah, click Bill's face, see the listing, let me know if I screwed something up, and maybe I'll see some of you there.
